Monica and I and a group of seekers participate in a psychological spiritual mystical training called SoulWork. Much of the training revolves around meeting/creating/carving out selves within our selves. We imagine/experience our inner life as populated by a pantheon of children, protectors and mystical wise beings. It turns out that most people, once we find out about these inner selves that there is a war going on between them. In the training, we work to guide this inner village into harmonious collaboration.
